1About BridgeCare University

BridgeCare University is a digital education platform that provides online courses, professional-development programs, workplace English training, assessments, educational resources, and course-completion certificates.

BridgeCare University may offer free courses, individually purchased courses, subscription-based access, promotional access, access codes, and courses assigned by participating employers or organizations.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to independently create an account or make a purchase.

Individuals under 18 may use the platform only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3Account Registration

Certain features require a BridgeCare University account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

Each account is personal. You may not sell, transfer, share, rent, or allow another person to use your account or course access.

We reserve the right to verify user information and reject, suspend, or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

4Course Access and Enrollment

Course access may be provided through:

The availability and duration of access may vary by course, program, membership, or organization.

Unless otherwise stated, access is granted only to the registered student and may not be transferred.

5Educational Content

Our courses may include:

We may update course titles, descriptions, instructors, lessons, materials, assessments, and completion requirements to maintain quality and relevance.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid changes that unfairly prevent enrolled students from completing a course.

6Payments

Prices will be displayed before a purchase is completed.

By submitting payment information, you authorize BridgeCare University or its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount disclosed during checkout.

Prices may be shown in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, processing charges, and additional fees will be disclosed when required.

BridgeCare University does not directly store complete payment-card information. Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers.

7Mobile Application Purchases

Purchases made through the BridgeCare University mobile application may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, billing disputes, and refund requests processed through an application marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace's terms and policies.

BridgeCare University cannot directly modify certain transactions controlled by Apple or Google. Users may be required to manage those purchases through their Apple ID or Google Play account.

8Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Certain Services may be offered through monthly or annual subscriptions.

Before subscribing, you will be shown:

Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file.

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not normally provide a refund for the current billing period.

You will retain access until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Deleting the BridgeCare University application does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

9Free Trials and Promotional Offers

BridgeCare University may offer free trials, discounts, scholarships, promotional access, or introductory prices.

The specific conditions, duration, eligibility requirements, and renewal price will be displayed before enrollment.

If a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, we will disclose the conversion date, price, and cancellation method before collecting payment information.

Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

10Refund Policy

For purchases made directly through the BridgeCare University website, students may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if:

Refund requests must be submitted to support@bridgecareuniversity.com and include the account email, course name, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the financial institution.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable marketplace's refund process and policies.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

11Course Progress

BridgeCare University may track:

Opening a lesson does not necessarily mean it has been completed.

Completion may require viewing a specified percentage of a video, completing activities, passing quizzes, completing all required lessons, or earning a minimum final grade.

12Quizzes and Examinations

Courses may include quizzes, module examinations, midterm examinations, final examinations, or practical assessments.

Requirements may include:

Users may not copy questions, share answers, manipulate results, impersonate another student, or use unauthorized methods to complete an assessment.

Violations may result in invalidated grades, revoked certificates, suspension, or account termination.

13Certificates

Eligible students may receive a digital certificate after satisfying all course-completion requirements.

Certificates may contain:

Certificates confirm completion of a BridgeCare University educational program.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, certificates do not represent:

We may revoke certificates obtained through fraud, account sharing, manipulated assessments, false information, or violations of these Terms.

14Certificate Verification

BridgeCare University may provide a public certificate-verification page.

The verification page may display limited information, including the student's name, course, completion date, certificate identification number, and validity status.

By requesting and accepting a certificate, the student understands that this information may be displayed to employers or other persons using the verification feature.

15Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

16Intellectual Property

17User-Submitted Content

Students may be allowed to submit assignments, answers, comments, profile information, images, or other materials.

You retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant BridgeCare University permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.

You must not submit content that violates the rights of another person or contains unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or malicious material.

18Instructors and Course Contributors

Certain courses may be created or presented by instructors, contractors, partners, or content contributors.

The opinions expressed by instructors are their own and do not necessarily represent the official position of BridgeCare University.

19Third-Party Services

BridgeCare University may use third-party services for:

Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for interruptions or decisions controlled exclusively by third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist users when issues affect access to BridgeCare University.

20Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in that policy.

21Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential communications related to:

25Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

26Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BridgeCare University will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for a claim related to a paid course or subscription will not exceed the amount paid by the user to BridgeCare University during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

27Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify BridgeCare University from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses resulting from:

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.

28Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

When changes are material, we may provide additional notice through email, the website, or the mobile application.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

29Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding that is not subject to another legally required forum will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Nothing in this section prevents consumers from exercising rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to them.

30Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
